Aoaome Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

1–3 business days (we don’t count weekends – even rebels need brunch).
Peak chaos periods (Black Friday meltdowns, New Year’s glow-ups): Might take longer, but we’ll keep you looped in via email. No ghosting here.

Delivery Time

Orders are delivered Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 5 PM. Processing may take longer during public holidays, sales periods, peak seasons, and before major festivals due to customs and postal service delays. Delays may also occur due to pending payment authorizations.

Shipping Options

Delivery times are calculated after order processing is completed.

Service Information

1.Global Shipping: If your package has not arrived within 5 days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us at support@aoaome.com

2.Lost Package: Once confirmed, we will process within 48 hours, either by priority replacement or full refund

3.Packaging: We use reinforced crush-resistant mailers with plastic-free materials. If items are damaged during shipping, please contact us with photos within 24 hours. We will offer replacement, refund, or compensation.

Important Notes

Address Accuracy: Please check your shipping address carefully. Address changes can be made within 12 hours after placing an order free of charge. If changes are needed after that, please contact us for assistance.

1.Returned Packages: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, a reshipping fee of $6.99 will apply. We will confirm with you before reshipping.

2.Taxes and Fees

All product prices and shipping costs include applicable taxes. No additional fees will be charged.
