Aoaome Jewelry Returns and Exchange Policy

30-Day Return Period
You may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days after receiving your package. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange, jewelry items must meet the following conditions:

Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

No visible signs of use

Complete original packaging and accessories

Process

Step 1 – Submit a request
Email support@aoaome.com with:

Order number

Reason for return or exchange

Product photos if related to quality issues

You will receive a response within 24 hours with instructions.

Step 2 – Ship the item back

Use the original packaging with added protective padding

Use a trackable shipping service(UPS/FedEx)

Send the tracking number or shipping receipt to the same email address

Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Partial or denied refunds may apply if:

Packaging or accessories are missing or damaged

The item shows clear signs of wear or intentional alteration

Exchanges

Exchanges depend on stock availability of the requested item

If the desired item is out of stock, the transaction will be refunded instead

Price difference handling:
– Upgrade to a higher-priced item: Customer pays the difference, and Aoaome covers secondary shipping
– Downgrade to a lower-priced item: The difference will be refunded to the customer

Issues Reported Within 48 Hours of Delivery
If you discover functional damage, incorrect specifications, or hidden defects within 48 hours of delivery, please provide:

4 clear photos from different angles

A full packaging photo

A close-up of the shipping label

Non-Returnable Items

Items marked "Final Sale" or clearance

Personalized or customized pieces

Returns shipped without a valid tracking number
